We are going to the farm.
This term we are going to the farm. We will be looking at different materials, learning about the different properties of materials, how materials can be changed and manipulated and we will be observing the changes of the seasons. We will be finding out about farming in the past and comparing it to farming now. We will be visiting a farm and learning about how crops grow and where they grow best. We will be writing and reading instructions to make bread and pizza (and even eating them!) and on top of this we have lost the cheeky scarecrow so it is our mission to find it! Warburtons will be coming into school to be talking about bread making and giving every child the opportunity to become bakers.
Homework challenge: Can you complete one of these challenges at home and bring into school to show your class teacher.
